RED, WHITE AND BLUE   6/23- 7/4

  • Decorate stars and design flags for our parade
  • Bake a flag cake with blueberries and strawberries
  • Rocket to the moon in a moonbounce
  • Make and eat homemade potato salad at our picnic
  • Orchestrate a parade to celebrate U.S.’s Birthday
  • Design paper fireworks and sparklers
  • Make and cut out star shaped j-ello jigglers
 ISLAND ADVENTURES  7/21 – 8/1
    • Weave grass skirts and learn to hula dance
    • Tye dye neon colored t-shirts
    • Fashion silly sunglasses
    • Explore sea life at the Maritime Aquarium
    • String colorful flower leis
    • Cast shell imprints in the sand
    • Splash in the sprinkler at Lighthouse Point Park

THE GREAT OUTDOORS    7/7 - 18

  • Camp indoors in sleeping bags
  • Sing songs and eat s’mores around the campfire
  • Explore animal life at the Beardsley Zoo
  • Construct bug catchers and go on a bug hunt
  • Press flowers and leaves for our sun catchers
  • Hike, swim and picnic at Great Hollow Lake
  • Construct and paint wooden birdhouses

THE WILD, WILD WEST    8/4 - 15

    • Make and eat our own wild west trail mix
    • Hike and swim at Great Hollow Lake
    • Pan for gold in the sandbox
    • Design cowpoke vests and hats for a hoedown
    • Try our hand at horseshoes
    • Tye dye western bandanas
    • Coral our stick horses and ride n a rodeo

SPORTS OF ALL SORTS    8/18-22

    • Try our hand at bowling
    • Test our upper body strength-play tug the rope
    • Mix delicious fitness drinks for snack
    • Hike to the field and engage in sports of all sorts
    • Maneuver our way through an obstacle course
